About The West Blake Rotterdam
The West Blake is the newest apartment complex in the center of Rotterdam. Based on a design by V8 Architects, a former bank building on the corner of Westblaak and Hartmanstraat - next to Cinerama - will be converted into turn-key luxury apartments of approximately 40 m2 to 75 m2. The complex is being built mostly new, with three new floors and a section at the rear. The sixties façade and authentic marble staircase are being restored.
