As a business insurance advisor, you are the face of Van Loon for our SME customers. You regularly visit entrepreneurs in the region. You listen, ask sharp questions and clearly identify risks. Then you translate this into appropriate insurances and provide practical, honest advice. No sales pitch, but insurance solutions that really help entrepreneurs. This is how you build a sustainable network. You set up your agenda for the most part yourself, always putting the customer first.
You work closely with your office colleague. Together, you form a strong duo for your customer portfolio. In addition, you regularly spar with your field service colleagues to share experiences and help each other out. This is how you grow as a team and make each other better.

The salary range for this position is between €4,000 and €5,250, depending on your experience, knowledge and skills.
• A bonus of up to 7.5% of your annual salary when goals are achieved;
• 25 vacation days with a 40-hour week with the option to make additional purchases;
• Contract duration: depending on your experience, we offer a fixed-term or indefinite contract;
• A phone, laptop and mobility allowance. Do you prefer to travel by public transport? Then we will arrange appropriate compensation;
• An excellent pension plan, where we pay 70% of the contribution;
• Flexibility: you work at one of our offices in combination with the option to work partly from home;

• Minimum higher professional education level of work and thinking;
• WFT Basic, Private & Business and Income Non-Life Insurance Diplomas;
• Several years of experience in a similar position;
• Ambition, eye for detail and the drive to learn a lot;
• Strong communication skills, both towards customers and colleagues;
• The ability to find appropriate insurance solutions, even when customization is required.
