Since 2023, Hoogenraad has been working with van Van Loon, a reliable and independent service provider. We are very happy with this collaboration, which is why we are going one step further and have chosen to really board Van Loon from 13 January 2025 and will also bear this name. And we are proud of that!

Hoogenraad & Van Loon is already part of Van Loon. We have chosen to become fully Van Loon. This allows us to work more efficiently. For example, we will use the same (digital) systems, one website and shared means of communication. This enables us to often respond faster and better to specific questions and needs. This makes our services even better, more complete and a lot more efficient, leaving us with more time for our customers.
We believe we can achieve more under one name. Van Loon is a very strong brand that has been built for years. Behind the scenes, we are already working together as one team. Due to the name change, this will soon also be visible to the outside world. This allows us to work more efficiently and, in the long run, we will have greater recognition.
Van Loon is a real family business. From 1938, Piet van Loon sat in his living room in Dordrecht writing the first policies with pen and paper. Today, more than 85 years later, under the leadership of grandson Marcel van Loon, with 13 branches, Van Loon has grown into a strong, independent player in the fields of insurance, mortgages, pensions and banking. As a team, Van Loon is known for its very good knowledge of the business and private markets. Like us, all advisors attach great importance to dealing personally with relationships. They take the time to provide you with optimal advice and to arrange everything down to the last detail.
Based in Dordrecht, Van Loon can now be found throughout the Netherlands with 13 branches: Dordrecht (HQ), Breda, Hague, Things, Etten-Leur, lead, Rotterdam, Uden wood, Den Bosch, Breukelen and two branches in Rijswijk. All the branches are located at top locations, so there is always a branch near you.
From January 13, 2025, the Hoogenraad & Van Loon will officially bear the name Van Loon, from that moment on, we will also communicate this externally by means of a letter to our relations and we will inform the regional and professional media about this. All our locations, communication tools and sponsorships will be named Van Loon from 13 January 2025 and our website and social media channels will switch to Van Loon. To include you in the entire process, we have been informing you about the name change since June.

The name change has hardly any effect on the current services. As an affiliated office, we were already part of the Van Loon team with 13 offices throughout the Netherlands. As a result, our team has expanded and we already have more experience and specialist knowledge, so that we can offer you a very complete service in the field of mortgages, insurance, pensions, banking and in the field of business financing and mediation when ending a relationship. Does one of our advisors not know the answer to a question? Then a colleague from another location knows this. This way, we can always help you with the best financial advice.
No, everything stays the same. We were already part of Van Loon. All confidential faces remain our clients' first point of contact.
You won't notice the name change. We will continue to work from our current locations, our colleagues will remain and your regular contact person will still remain your first point of contact. However, our locations and all our means of communication will be given a new look with the name Van Loon and you may soon see Van Loon on policies or bank statements. This is an administrative change only. From January 13, 2025, we will communicate under the name Van Loon, so that we can also offer additional services such as a digital customer folder and a newsletter.

The costs of our services remain the same.
After the name change, you still have the same contact person or advisor; they remain the first point of contact. Our advisors can still be reached at the same phone number. However, the email addresses will soon switch to the Van Loon email address. So you can adjust this yourself. But we will also arrange this technically properly, so you won't notice much of it.
Our Hoogenraad & Van Loon email addresses are linked to the new Van Loon email address, so e-mails sent to our old email addresses will be forwarded for the time being. Should anything else change in the contact details, your regular contacts will inform you about this.
